Accommodated Classes
Our accommodated classes aim to be inclusive and accessible to all. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to explore movement and express themselves in a safe and supportive space. All our accommodated classes have been developed in collaboration with a qualified Occupational Therapist.
We have made sure to consider many factors when creating these classes including sensory processing and regulation needs as well as strategies to accommodate diverse needs. These classes are run at times when no other classes are scheduled, and we incorporate the sensory gym to best support the unique needs of each person.
You will have the opportunity to explore aerial apparatus’s such as Sling and Lyra in our Mixed Aerial classes or have fun learning skills such as aerials, juggling, plate spinning and hula hoops in our Mixed Circus classes. Whether you're embarking on your aerial or circus adventure for the first time or continuing your practice in a more inclusive setting, our accommodated classes offer you a safe and welcoming space.
Have fun exploring movement and expressing yourself whilst developing your strength, coordination, control and endurance. We are always exploring ways to improve our inclusivity so we welcome any feedback that will support you to feel comfortable and safe in our space.
